I would not recommend this salon regardless of the name they're currently using. I made an appointment a week in advance to get my ends trimmed. The day of my appointment, I arrived and barely made it through the screen on the inside of the door before I was greeted with " I'm sorry, but I still have to put these crochets in. I don't want to make you mad, but I still have to put these crochets in. You are free to wait if you want to." I was asked if I had errands to run. Then I asked what time should I come back. I was told to come back in an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes "because we had some things to do this morning." followed by laughter. My issue is the lack of respect for my time. How hard would it have been to pick up the phone and call to say that you're running behind and
