The shop was clean, well-organized, and had such a comfortable atmosphere. What really stood out to me was her punctuality and respect for time—no waiting at all. I was seen exactly at my scheduled time and finished within the timeframe she gave, which I truly appreciated. She delivered exactly what she said she could do, and the results exceeded my expectations. Her skill, talent, and attention to detail are unmatched. My first time! Queen was friendly both over the phone and in person. I had a trim with my hair dry since I was a walk-in & there wasn't time for a wash & style. But girl knew what she was doing because when I washed my hair at home, my curls were bouncier than ever! She layered the hair really nicely. I told her I wanted 2 inches cut off, she suggested 3" and I agreed as I knew it had been 9 months since my last cut. The length of the hair that was cutoff was exactly what I expected it to be! This is REALLY important because sometimes you tell a stylist 2 inches and they say "ok" and end up cutting like 5 and I leave feeling upset & like they don't care about how important my hair is to me. So it meant a lot that she listened to me, provided a reasonable suggestion, and followed through. 1

I love this salon! Mariah has braided my daughters hair ever time and has always done a beautiful job! She is very professional and super nice. We added a healthy trim last minute and she accommodated us no problem. The owner is so sweet, she took her time to explain to me different methods to help treat and style my daughters natural hair and educate me about hair products for her texture. I recommend this salon 100%!

At my recent appointment with “Queen” she deliberately cut inches of my hair off, after stating that my hair was healthy and she would only need to trim a tiny bit. I’ve been growing my hair out and getting consistent trims for 2 1/2 years, only for “Queen” to cut off years of growth. It’s honestly traumatizing, I regret ever going to her. She also charged me twice for a deep conditioning treatment because I have a lot of hair. I think that’s why she cut so much off, to make it more ‘manageable’ for her. To make matters worse, she cut more off the right side than the left, so now it’s uneven. I now have to pay another hair stylist to even my hair out.
