Beautiful African Hair Braiding

Paid $130 for a crotchet design for my girlfriend and they begin falling out not even 1 week after they were done, she was careful and maintained her hair and still the style and lack of effort in doing the hairstyle as desired did not come out as we requested. I will not recommend this business if this continues to happen because I have not seen this happen before. She did a horrible job and this was not $130 worth of work, any braid style should last for a least 1 week.

Paid 190 for boho braids. Did not get what I paid for I asked for triangle parts the lady who do it in the back was sitting the entire time and did big and small square braids and it wasn’t even nor what I asked and paid for. It didn’t last as long as other times I have gotten it done. Super upsetting.

I had been faithfully patronizing this establishment for years and watched the service consistently decline. I would be quoted one price and then told another when I arrived for my appointment. (Which I tolerated on more than one occasion) But things got worse. I would make an appointment, but when I would arrive at our agreed upon time they would tell me to either come back in a hour or that the person that does that style isn't in yet. This happened on multiple occasions before I realized this place has absolutely NO respect for me or my TIME. If you value your TIME, which is PRICELESS because you can't get it back, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, because they DO NOT!!!

I advise against utilizing their braiding services due to an unprofessional experience with the manager. Upon my visit yesterday, I was informed of a full schedule and advised to return the following day. Subsequently, I waited two hours at the establishment only to be informed of an unavailability of hair supplies for my service, necessitating me to seek an alternative provider. She phone me to tell me that she doesn't care about my concerns over the phone. These people are rude and inconsiderate, because they think they can always have people come to their door for service. In my honest opinion I think if customer stop giving their service they would change the way they behave towards those that are giving them they hard earned money.

Absolutely worst experience.. my hair look a mess she put big parts in my head for $150 . Just to be sitting in the chair and the lady got her baby wrapped around her on the phone talking about zozo like Americans speak only English ? Very unprofessional and nasty and when you tell them the price the sweet lady says on the phone they treat you like you’re lien immediately, like they have to call her for confirmation. Very very unprofessional and if you speak creole or whatever be professional! They also don’t even try to shine your hair and give it a professional look just dry crunch edges and they hand out for your money .. if you can be quick to be ready for payment at least have your customer walking out looking beautiful!
