the owner is very deceptive. Instead of being honest about having a stylist working there he lied to get my money. He expected me to just be ok with having an unlicensed person, that barely speaks English do my hair. This unfortunately, will be going to small claims court because I'm tired of spending my hard earned money at these non American owned stores and being treated any kind of way. Definitely, my absolute last purchase at one of these stores.

I had such a great experience shopping here. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mohammed. They answered all my questions and even gave me recommendations that worked perfectly. Prices are fair, and I was able to find everything I needed in one stop. Definitely my new go-to beauty supply store!

I usually love this place. I mean I really thought I found a new consistently amazing place… It was my favorite Beauty Supply. Unfortunately, I am currently feeling irritated, disappointed & disheartened. Today I called to see how long they would be open. The person answered and said 8pm. I pulled up close to 8, but it certainly wasn’t 8. They wouldn’t open the door. Someone came to the door… (I believe I was looking at the person who answered the phone and told me 8pm - a little over an hour prior). If they are aware that they close early or prior to the time stated, all they had to do was say... “We close at 8, but usually shut down a little bit prior to.” ~I would have put a little more pep in my step, or stayed in the area I was in to look for what I needed. The young guy working there was very helpful and even gave a nice discount for a bulk purchase. Definitely going back.

This is my local community beauty supply store. The store recently went through some revonations and new management. The staff is always so helpful and sweet. Madison and Je'corria was so helpful today. They put a big smile on my face. Thank you both for a fun shopping experience ☺️
