Beautee Nails Salon

I’ve been here a few times and the first time was just an okay experience. I went in 2 hours before closing and although it was busy I was able to be seen quickly less than 15 minutes wait. I wanted a basic french gel manicure/pedicure. I really enjoyed my pedicure done by the little older lady Lyn I think her name was. She did a really nice job and was attentive to what I wanted. She asked me how I wanted my nails and even though there was a language barrier she still was able and willing to communicate. For some reason she was able to do french on my toes but when it came to my nails she struggled for a while trying to do just one pinky nail. After struggling a few times, changing tools from another tech (the one that ended up finishing my nails), and redoing the nail 3 times she asked f

Lady messed up my eyebrow and lashes. My eyebrows were not properly done. The lashes were too low in my inner eye and kept getting stuck. Way too much glue used causing the lash to become hard and rub against my eye to the point it hurted so bad. I couldn’t sleep I had to pull some of the lashes out and even that didn’t work. I Came back to get it fixed lady was not understanding couldn’t accept criticism and had no empathy. I went to another nail spa I’m so happy with their service

The whole staff is just wonderful…..all do a great job, but Edward is my favorite. He’s fast and efficient

This nail salon does ok nails but has very bad customer service they have you to write your name on a list but they do not follow this list correctly when going in order to get your nails done. On 11/25/2025 i went to get my nails done I even put my name on the list because they have the list waiting outside on the door. So this woman who was there before me she got her nails done and I was supposed to went after the lady right, and so this other woman walk into the nail salon and just because the lady who just walked into the nail salon knew of the woman who got her nails done before lied to Edward and told Edward that the lady was here before me when that was a lie. I even told Edward to check his camera and he will see that I was there before the lady friend first but instead Edward sk
