Beaute Nail Spa

My daughters went to get their nails done without me. They got there at 11am…. They left at 2:06. These nails were $75… I went back up there with her and showed them the mess of the nails. The lady responded with a blame on my daughter, saying that she hit them on the light a couple times… she offered to fix them more than once but since they had been there for THREE HOURS I told her we were not interested in sitting there any longer. I kindly asked for a refund several times and they only replied with an offer to clean up the nails. While I appreciate that, more time at that salon will not remedy how angry I am that we spent $80 (girls even gave a tip) and sat there for three hours. Clearly, we will not be back. I loved the way my nails turned out! The design was exactly how I wanted. My nail tech was very caring and gentle the entire time as well. Highly recommend!
