I got my nails done by manager Erica and I'm so satisfied. She's really nice and kind. She treats me very meticulously. I got my pink chrome nails, and I'm happy that they're as bright and pretty as pearls. My nails are so pretty that I feel good every time I see them. I think they'll look great for a party next week. I'll definitely visit again next time I come to Chicago. It's the best nail shop. I highly recommend it! I also got a foot spa and a pedicure. The spa water temperature was warm and the massage was great. It's nice of you to take care of it thoroughly. All the staff are kind and professional. You recommended a pretty pedi color. I'm very satisfied with the pedi color. The store is also clean and comfortable. If you go to Chicago, you must go to this nail shop!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon, and I wouldn't recommend it. Erica, the manager, doesn't seem to know how to do nails properly. I had asked for tips on some of my nails, as not all of mine were long, but she struggled to understand this simple request so I told her to just do dip. The dip coat started chipping almost immediately, and it didn't look right from the start. Two days later it came off. The worst part was the lack of care she put into cleaning up my nails. After finishing, my nails were a mess, and when I asked her to clean them, she started filing over the top of my skin—I'm not sure what she was thinking. The salon wasn't even busy, but she rushed through my manicure while I was still getting my pedicure, which made the whole experience feel

I got a gel manicure and I’m really happy with how it turned out! The staff was friendly and very skilled. My nails were getting weak, but now they feel healthier and also look so pretty! If you’re looking for a nail salon in the area, I highly recommend Beau nails

I’d give this place a 10/10! I had no idea what design I wanted, but the professionals there picked one that suited me *perfectly*. They absolutely nailed the trendy chrome look too. I went with almond shaping, and it turned out amazing! I also got a pedi, and the massage was sooo relaxing. I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend this place—it’s a must-visit!

I recently had very disappointing experience at this nail salon the first time $35 no chip and the second time $40 for the same service and the last time $47 for the same service. I don’t know why the lady she worked so fast😕
