Customer Reviews
Initial search for the phone number got me the customer service number for their newspaper. In other words if I was missing my paper I could get help but if I want to speak with someone in the office I am out of luck. Finally get the office number after a 15 minute wait from the customer service department which was after a 10 minute struggle to find an active number. Now I've been on hold to speak with an office staff personnel and I've waited another 14 minutes and counting. I have often found that new phone systems are basically a way to stall out a customer so they can not complain about poor service. I am not happy!
Love the paper, very concise and accurate. Some of the best editor work I've seen.
Hard to get anyone to answer the phone there.
