Have both the #0.5 and #1.5 guards - major innovation that 1) addresses hair line-up issues and 2) improves speed & consistency of beginner/self haircuts. Can personally attest that the guards are backed by generous support from the founder himself (e.g. on guard fitment). Wholeheartedly recommend.

The Hairpoon guards work great and give results very close to a professional barber cut. They are easy to use, even on the back of the head without a mirror, and the cutting is very consistent. They feel well made and sturdy. The only small downside is that the tips of the teeth can feel a bit sharp on the scalp, but aside from that, these are excellent guards and I would happily buy more in different lengths.

I bought the complete set of hairpoon. I saw a post in reddit and wanted to see if i can really cut my own hair using the hairpoon. It was my first time cutting my own hair and I did not made any mistakes. The hairpoon itself is a very good guide. It was very easy to use! I dont need to go to a barber anymore! THIS WILL PAY FOR ITSELF! Highly recommended!

I had cut my own hair for years but went back to the barber because I never felt that it had the proper finished look. I saw the hairpoon and fade tools on Instagram and thought I would give it a try since it's roughly the same price as a professional barber. I have to admit, I was skeptical, but after one haircut I'm sold. It does have a small learning curve but it's extremely user friendly and gives a crisp clean cut. For anyone that's on the fence, I highly suggest you give this product a try. Worst case scenario is you mess up and go to the barber to fix it.
