Beacon Hallandale Office Building

I parked in a handicap parking spot with a valid card and the very rude valet told me I had to pay $3. The signed they had was “Valet Parking $3” Since I didn’t valet and the spot was available, I parked my car. I was harassed by the valet and the property manager. If you want to charge, you need to be clear and put up signs. You cannot just make up a charge because it’s a “private building”. How private it is if you rent offices for businesses. Let the buyer beware.

Is ridiculous to go to the doctor and pay $6 . Most of the time you didn't find the parking and you have to wait for valet to can find the parking. Never I give my car to someone to drive. I'm parking myself. This parking is more expensive than the beach area. Is ridiculous.

Beacon Hallandale is a beautiful space to impress new clients and host a meeting. The prices are more than reasonable for a brand new construction in a very convenient spot of North Miami. The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, friendly and professional. A lot of parking spaces in a covered garage. I have an office here for my CPA company. The clients are always impressed by the professional setting. Worth every penny and more!

The problem with parking, how could you make a business out of parking?? Paid parking if you go to the doctor. If you don't pay, you can't even get coffee in a cafe. It's a total scam. If you don't pay, your car will be towed away within 5 minutes. It's all a dirty business.

The friendship relation atmosphere that I feel in Beacon Hallandale I've never experienced in other Office Buildings. Since the second I arrive I receive the welcome from the Owners as well from all the Management Team. Everything works very well geared. The floors are kept impeccable clean, every Sunday all the step carpets are washed, trash is picked up on a daily basis. Has a multitasking receptionist ready to help in any task. Inside the offices, the feeling is very cozy due to the high ceiling and wall curtain glass (only in the Lobby level) and the ones with windows overlooking outside even better. You have access to Conference Rooms by reserving them for the amount of time you need with the state of art monitor viewing. The security is outstanding. All the access from the outside is
