I LOVE THIS PLACE! Self care time! I have spa day for me 3 times a week everything from massage chair to infrared and red light therapy and tanning. I feel so pampered when I leave. The team at Beaches are knowledgeable about there equipment and so kind. I never thought I'd be able to afford something like this for myself but they have such affordable packages. 2026 is going to be awesome 😎👍 Thank you Beaches!

It's pleasing to be welcomed and kept up to date with all the latest beds and products. Whitney is absolutely amazing at what she does. She has outstanding customer service skills and she's very punctual. She has the experience to share her knowledge about each and every bed, the massage chair, as well as the products. It's comforting to be able to depend on honest insightful advice! Keep it up Beaches!

This place is absolutely amazing. At the age of 54 I’ve been to other places but not one has ever made me feel like I do when I visit Beaches. The ladies are so friendly, welcoming and educated on the many different beds and products. The beds are always clean and working. I live in Kingston and drive 30 minutes to come and get my tan and red light and it’s sooo worth it. I’ve seen my wrinkles disappear and my skin is so much clearer now.. Thank you 🙏🏽

Absolute best place to go to treat yourself! Get the membership, it makes more sense! The massage chairs are amazing, probably one of the best massages I’ve had and I’ve been to lots of Vegas spas! The tanning beds are top of the line. The vibration plates are a great way to supplement your workouts too! Tons of great products as well - they all smell so good as are super moisturizing! Whitney was absolutely incredible, super helpful and explained everything to me! She goes above and beyond with her attention to detail, care, and kindness! The place is super cutely decorated and clean, too! I can’t wait to go more often!

I have been going to this spa for over 2 years now. I can't say enough about the excellent service, the cleanliness & the positive effects of the red light treatments! This is my happy place. I've never been anywhere that is so well maintained. The ladies who work there always know my name & greet me upon arrival & departure. When I'm at red light I forget about all my worries & have a quiet, peaceful time to myself. It's a joy to be there. Nothing but positive!!
