Beach Massage and Yoga

Sara and her team have been coming to our beach rental for many years. They have accommodated us with couples massages along with several single appointments. The staff is amazing, very professional, and all have been extremely good! I highly recommend checking them out!

For the past 6 years, I have gifted my wife beach yoga and massage for Mother’s Day. Sarah and her team make scheduling easy and then provide exceptional client services. My wife loved the challenge of yoga on the picturesque beaches of the Outer Banks. Sarah knows her craft and facilities an energetic session. Afterwards she received a 90 minute massage that left her in a completely relaxed state. The massage far exceeds any luxury spa. I would highly recommend a Sarah and her team to anyone looking for an amazing OBX experience.

I have been getting massages from Sarah for several years now. I prefer a deep massage and she is excellent. She listens to the issues that I am having with my body and focuses on those areas while still providing a full body experience. My only regret is not getting them often enough and letting my muscles get too tight in between visits. I have recently started getting them more regularly as preventative care and I can really feel a difference in between visits and during the massage. I also am a big fan of cupping!!!! Get the cups!
