Beach Bum Tanning

Bought 2 sessions for the price of one special. The special expired one day prior to me trying to use the 2nd session and the front desk manager said they would not honor it, even when you consider the snow storm we had in February where roads and businesses were shut down for 24 to 48 hours. I politely gave them a second chance, bought another session right on the spot to demonstrate my patronage and asked if something could still be done with a credit to earn the opportunity to earn my business again but they denied. Will not come again. Didn't even try to offer me another option to save $$ as I'm a repeat customer.

I got sprayed by Mikayla the other day. She is the sweetest girl, made me feel so comfortable and did such a beautiful job. I was very specific and wanted a natural tan and she NAILED it! I’ll always ask for her for future appointments, she’s the best

Thought I lost my ring in one of the rooms I called and Hannah was so helpful she checked everywhere called me back with in ten minutes and told me if I don’t find the ring she will have someone come and pull the beds out. The ring was on my nightstand but Hannah is an amazing employee the genuine concern she had for me was so sweet. Will continue my membership because of her.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting help from Alexa at Beach Bum, and I can’t recommend her enough! Everyone there is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Whether it’s picking the right tanning option or just answering questions with a smile, Alexa goes above and beyond every time. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and loves what she does. Definitely someone who makes Beach Bum even better!

Just wanted to share my experience at Beach bum tanning in Seaford today. I went in to purchase the monthly spray tan for $58 a month. Alexa (Lexi) who worked at the front desk told me that I’m locked into the membership for 3 to 4 months. Then I said is it 3 or 4 months? (she said 3). Then I said is that in the contract (in writing) and she said “I just said it was 3 months”, stopped filling out my paperwork for the membership and told another girl working there “ u can finish up with her” and then proceed to make a nasty face and look through a binder. I did the spray tan and as I was walking out I told her that was rude that u stopped helping me with the paperwork in the middle of it , she smiled and said “nooo I was just looking in the binder”. Someone should tell her that u help th
