Beach Bum Tanning

Went today for my first time. There was an unfortunate mix up with my appointment but Ashley could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable or helpful. I love the spray tan and Ashley's help was spot on. I will definitely be back.

I used to love this place and they used to always help me and be kind but now they force you to do some kind of bioidentical thing with your fingerprints I cannot believe that this is not a medical facility and they are doing this They say it's to protect your identity but come on folks if you have already been in there system for a while with your name take a picture of the license you shouldn't need someone's fingerprint I cannot believe everybody just goes along with this and I cannot believe you're turning people away because of this

I have been waiting over a week for a manager to call me back about my account where I was charged a ridiculous fee and no one can tell me why I owe a balance and I haven’t been able to tan because of this. I have paid my bill. This is ridiculous now they are saying I have to wait until Thursday.

Not bad. Prices a little high but the bed are worth it I think. Was clean and well maintained. One thing was the employee at the desk, she just seemed uninterested and kinda rude. The bed I had was really great tho. I'm satisfied with the equipment.
