Beach Bum Tanning

Used to love beach bum as my go to tanning spot but recently have to give it a one star. The staff rushes you out of the tanning room & my man got me 10 sessions for Christmas and I go in one day and tell me they expire in a month which it never said on the receipt. The girl who I originally spoke to was not accommodating at all & then eventually she turned around and said she spoke to corporate to extend the packages as no one told my man they expired when he got them during black friday. I come from a family who owned tanning salons & I know the tanning business so to me there were just so many unacceptable behaviors here. Madison at Beach Bum in Manalapan is absolutely amazing! Her customer service is impeccable, and every time my husband and I visit, she goes above and beyond to ensure we have an incredible experience. Madison is not only helpful but also genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel valued every time we walk through the doors. Jasmin has always been amazing, I went to this location for many years because of her (in fact, I had an OG monthly membership that I kept up all this time - even when I wasn't actually tanning anymore since I switched over to spray... ya know, mitigating risks ☀️). She sold me my first airbrush tans and wow, I preferred it to the bed! Although she also sold me my beautiful collection of lotion bottles (before I decided I didn't want to increase my risk of skin cancer).In fact, when she changed locations, I actually followed her to the next place! That is, until I finally moved away. The other girlies I've come across here were great depending on the shift, like I remember Shelby who was super awesome and super helpful, too. Jasmine is the most helpful person here at beach bum. She knows exactly what each package entails and pays attention to detail which I appreciate so much. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and putting in effort. Some of the other girls don’t even bother putting a smile on their face, so it’s definitely refreshing to be greeted by her!!!
