Beach Bum Tanning

Hands-down, the worst tanning salon in Long Island the girl that was working there has the biggest attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. I walked in to get a tan and she was on the phone I guess with her boyfriend there was nobody else in the place so I said hi how you doing and she looked up at me said you see I’m on the phone. Can’t you wait in a strong, aggressive tone I said I’m sorry. Do you want me to come back later? She said do whatever you want I need to talk to my boyfriend. I was so embarrassed. I turned around walk out and will never go back.

I used to tan here back in 2009 and got in the mood to come back. Omg! The beds are way better and the staff is so sweet. Got a platinum package and can't wait to use it!

Staff is wonderful!!! Too expensive imo. You sign up, you have to pay for 2 months, prorated, then if/when you cancel you pay for a month after plus prorated I believe. So 4 months even if you decide to cancel. Owners are chintzy.

Love this place my only wish is they get a couple of new Platinum beds. The Kiwi bed is great but i think you need more than one platinum bed in your place. The S Class bed and the Tan America are diamond beds not Platinum bed im paying a monthly price each month. Bottom line is it would be really nice if you had some new updated beds like the KBL or the Blueberry im looking for a nice High end bed that gives you an all over tan from head to toe. They must have something new with browning bulbs so you're whole body gets nice and brown. Thank you very much and hope to hear back from you your loyal customer. Glen Polerstock.
