Beach Bum Tanning

This place is okay. I’ve had a membership here for a few years because it’s the only place in town. The beds are clean and staff is super friendly! but since they've adjusted their hours to closing earlier and opening a little later I can’t go as often. Unfortunately, I went on a Wednesday during normal operating hours (1015 am) and it was locked up and lights off. So maybe they’ve adjusted their hours again? It’s just frustrating to pay for a monthly membership that’s becoming increasingly difficult to use.

I always have very positive experiences here!

Update: part of my problem was these random charges. I got a call from corporate. They reimbursed $10, but when I went to use it, they already took half back. ....... ridiculous. If I could give less than 1 star, I would! They went corporate and now I only go here because they isn't anywhere else to go, yet .... So basically they win by default. Once you go corporate, it's all downhill as far as customer care. Very disappointed 😔 I just wanted to add that this review does not reflect the staff. The women that work there are so nice and helpful. I know they hate the new hardcore house music too.

Absolutely horrible. Told me wrong things then someone else told me their experience was. They acted like they didn’t care. My door wouldn’t lock, waved my hand and the machine wouldn’t work until they pushed it on. Turned out orange hands. Will never go back

Dr. Mohamed is amazing. I’ve been going to him for years. I recently had gone back due to an issue I was having and not only himself but the staff treated me so well. Dr. Mohamed bedside manner is the best and always makes me feel comfortable and always keeps me informed.
