I went in today, looking for a new lotion given I saw there was a sale today. Priscilla was very nice and very helpful with choosing the right lotion for me. Also, it was very helpful with helping me which bed I should Tanning as well!
I work nights and wish they had early hours, but its always clean. Staff are friendly.
I go here every year and when you feel just blah, you feel like Tanning is just gonna make it better .however for me to walk in there yesterday and get treated by ALESSIA. She was the most sweetest and explained my package to me so easy , she made it such an easy process, and I appreciate her because She didn’t know what kind of day I was having but she was so sweet and wonderful and I just appreciate that. Excellent customer service ☀️
Joe is fabulous, he is the epitome of what a manager should be. Attentive, knowledgeable, & friendly. He is always happy to see customers when they come in & he addresses you by name. Above & beyond good customer service. I’ve been a Beach Bum customer for about 15 plus years now & this location has improved immensely in the last year. Nice job guys 👍🏼
