Bea Well Waxing and Lounge

This was my first time at Bea Wellness Wax and Lounge. I must say it was fabulous!😌Jenny was very friendly & professional and instantly made me feel comfortable. I got a facial and some waxing services. During my facial, we discussed products that would be useful for me to incorporate into my daily/weekly skin care routine which will allow me to achieve my skin care goals in a relatively short period of time. The waxing services were a breeze as she used hard wax which made everything quick, efficient, with minimal discomfort. I'd highly recommend this place for their services and am already looking at my calendar so I can schedule my facial for next month! Very unprofessional, and the response below is comical. Typical issues with supporting black businesses was the issue, including promptness and policies that do nothing for the customer, only the “business” owner. I would not recommend booking with her until she learns better business practices and customer service skills.

Jenny was great! She's kind, knowledgeable, and good at her craft. Even with the pain, I look forward to returning.
