Contacted this shop asking if they could accommodate my child for 4 braids at 10 am, she ask me to send pics and a photo of my child’s hair. She told me to arrive at 12:30pm. We arrived at 12:15 to ensure we could find the place and find parking. I text the person who answers the phone where is the shop because we could not find it. She calls and tells me that they are not located in Stratford (which she never mentioned in previous conversation) then she proceeds to ask if I can now come at 1:30? Because she just got there and the shop is still dirty. A whole hour after the set time she originally gave me with no empathy that I was already at the shop listed on google. This was my first time visiting this salon and Teresa was so accommodating. She was able to do my hair 9:00pm on a Thursday night. From the moment I entered her establishment to the moment I left I was pleased and impressed. She was enthusiastic and ready to work. She was very gentle on my scalp. She has a warm spirit and I felt very comfortable. My hairstyle came out better than I thought and I have received many compliments. She has gained herself a new client, I will definitely recommend her to others.

I recently looked for Beas African braiding Bec I used to go to her for years come to realize someone else brought it and was still using her name although she no longer owns the business, me thinking she is bea, booked for tribal braids had a picture set up a date ect, I go to the original address I know from the years I got my hair done for this person to tell me oh no it's not there I thought I told u no biggy arrive to this other salon I sit in the chair at 4:30 not getting up until 11:45 and I hated my hair the tribal braids I wanted where twist with curly hair out almost like the bohemian braids or twist baby hairs laid , I had no baby hair out she braided them in the twist where not what I expected and it took forever at that point I was tired hungry and upset and left I paid 260$

I had an awesome experience with Theresa. She was ready for me at the schedule time. And she did my hair just the way I asked. She is very neat and detailed when it comes to your hair. Theresa definitely wants her clients pleased and satisfied. I will definitely go to her again and recommend.
