Emmy provided an amazing experience! I am new to getting massages and took the plunge because a I needed some form of relief due to hamstring tension from a desk job that was becoming unbearable. Emmy was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process as we tested different techniques, pressure, and positions in order to maximize effect but limit pain. She focused on areas where I had the most complaints but also made sure to address all areas, ensuring nothing was forgotten! Overall, I left Be Well Rounded feeling lighter and more agile than I did when I walked in. Will surely be back!
