Kat, is a true healer and an incredibly talented body worker. Her warm presence and intuitive nature guide her to what the individual needs, while creating a comfortable setting for her clients to sink into relaxation. Through working with Kat, I've experienced relief from chronic physical pain in my neck and shoulders, as well as improvement in my overall spiritual health. She's always in tune to what her clients are looking for, whether its work on an injury or an opportunity to relax. Kat does it all, and I cannot recommend her enough!

Kat does such great massage and bodywork! I have had massage work done many places, and I have never had a more focus driven and holistic experience. She will listen to what has been causing you pain/stress and diligently work those areas. Every time I leave I feel refreshed and renewed.

Getting a massage from Kat is like getting 3 months worth of rest in 1 hour. She intuitively finds knots and tension and works them out with ease. Kat’s cranial sacral work is beyond explanation, I was on a carefree cloud for a week afterwards! She is welcoming, sweet and caring. I can’t recommend her enough!!!
