I heard everything the receptionist was saying, and my tone simply matched the tone I was given. While I did not physically come in for a service, interactions during booking are still part of the customer experience. I fully understand that long, thick hair can require more time and product. That was never the issue. The issue was how it was communicated. Absolutely love Noelle! I found her on Groupon just a bit over 3 years ago around this time. I went only that one time, and decided it was time for another haircut a few months ago and really liked the way she cut it the first time (a wolf cut)! Went back to her about 2 months ago, and now get my bangs trimmed with her monthly. She is so dependable, makes great convo, she’s quirky in the best way, and she gets the job done efficiently more than anything. Her prices are more affordable than the average salon, and it’s in the budget to see her whenever I need to. Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon this place via Groupon and my haircut was fabulous. She helped add a lot of layers and make my hair feel weightless. I received lots of compliments on my hair after this haircut. I was looking for a new hairstylist as mine left and now, I am very much going to go back!
