Be Relax Spa

During a long day of travel and a 5 hour layover in Newark Airport (EWR TA) I found a bit of paradise. I found BE RELAX Spa, so I took advantage of my layover and I have found the Ashley who brought new energy to my hands and feet when I received a Manicure and Pedicure. Ashley’s golden hands made me forget all my problems of the world and educated me on proper care for myself reminded me that it is ok to pause and take care of me for once. This was a blessed experience and a well deserved pit stop while travelling! I would recommend you do the same and visit Ashley at BE RELAX Spa! Great Prices and Awesome People.

I had a great experience with the staff at this location; they were very friendly and got me through efficiently before my flight. They even gave me a Dazzle Dry upgrade. Unfortunately, the polish chipped and peeled the very next day. While the service was lovely, the manicure just didn’t last. I’d used Priority Pass but might not be worth it next time.

All of the staff working today were so kind and accommodating! Frasier did an incredible 20 min chair massage paying special attention to my neck which I had woken up with some pain. He communicates through the treatment and was very skilled at working on tough knots. I could not recommend him enough!

BAIT-AND-SWITCH!!! BEWARE. I had some time before a flight and decided to get a simple pedicure. First the seat was massively uncomfortable, it leaned way too far back. But the worse part was the cart thing that the woman had me put mt feet up on was on wheels and she didn't lock them so i had to really try to keep my leg still from pushing on it. I asked for help, but the language barrier made it impossible. Another employee tried to step in but was unsuccessful. I had to let my legs down occasionally because it started hurting. She was still no help. Finally, the only English-speaking person emerged and only said sorry, here's a free pair of flip-flops for your troubles (even though she asked my size, she gave me a 6 instead of 8). This place saved me after a long layover post Europe flight. A little pricey but that’s expected in an airport. I wish they had more people working there - seemed like there was always a long wait and busy but I had a long layover so it worked great for me. Great staff! Very happy with massage and mani/pedi!
