Be Polished Nail Spa

I won't go anywhere else for nails — this is THE place. For services like dip that require a lighter touch and less filing I ask for Ruby or Mo and my nails always look amazing. The rest of the staff there are great as well! I have two kids and sometimes have last minute cancellations or time-change requests and they always do their best to accommodate me. As long as you are kind and a little bit flexible, they can usually always get you in! I also feel like the space is clean and it is very relaxed. My nails have not always been the longest or healthiest, and no matter what I'm dealing with they always make them look great.

For days this review has been thought about because it is not the quality of nail work being reviewed, it is in how disappointed I am that Ruby (spa owner/manager) did not communicate with me there was a problem the moment I walked in - she never said one word. I had no idea..... Story below. On Monday I arrived 5 minutes before what I thought to be a scheduled appointment (per the pedicurist - I was 25 minutes late- no one told me "hey lady your late"). Mani/Pedi at the same time, every 2.5 - weeks same place for years, because Ruby does excellent work. I arrive, I sit, wait, ......25 minutes later I get taken to my pedicure chair - I feel tense about the timing because I had only scheduled 2 hours a mani/pedi and I have kids school pick up. I got a gel pedicure at Be Polished and within 12 hours, one of the nails fell off. When I asked to come in the next day for a quick fix before a scheduled trip, they refused to accommodate me—even though it was clearly their mistake. There was no flexibility, no apology, and the staff was dismissive. I ended up visiting two other salons to try to fix it, with no success. If you’re looking for a place that stands behind their work and values customer service, I would recommend going elsewhere

Best gel manicure I ever had. Went last Sunday for the first time and Tina did a wonderful job! The gel was really close to my cuticles, which pleased me and perfectly applied. Others salons put it so far away that you leave looking like you did your nails a week ago. Tina was very thorough, careful and delicate. I’m a costumer now!
