My session with Cristina was beyond what I could have imagined. This was my first visit with her and it was truly amazing. I loved how she brought in multiple modalities to work with what was going on with me. I've already booked my next session with her and I cannot wait!!!

Thai yoga bodywork with Cristina is exactly what I need to feel motivated in my healthy habits & connected back into my body. Along with her reiki services, it's the perfect combination to reset. She really supported me through my 3rd pregnancy! The services helped me to feel empowered mentally & physically before going into labor and on maternity leave.
