The owner of Be Doll’d Esthetics, Tierra, is unprofessional and delusional. She reached out to me and offered a three facial package special. I purchased it. Tierra did not honor the purchase by making excuses each time I tried to make an appointment for the facial: emergency room visits, vacations, blaming non existent assistants. She refused to provide a refund for lack of service, and pretended to have an attorney and accountant in order to refuse my refund. Lol Fortunately, when I contacted my financial institution they refunded my payment.

Tiera is one of the only lash techs in Bakersfield I’ve gone to that lets you lie down instead of sit in a barber chair (which is craaazy uncomfortable). She’s fast, she’s kind, and she does everything she can to make you feel comfortable. Not to mention, she gets my lashes looking good! Don’t forget to bring a mask, or she’ll provide one for a small fee.

Be Doll'D Esthetics is the best, I love Tiera's work. She provides good and good music, She's gives you snacks if you missed breakfast ☺️. I recommend going to her. Your lashes and brows will always be on fleek. Also her waxes aren't painful she comforts you in the best ways and leave you hairless!!☺️☺️
