Misha is phenomenal! I have LOT of hair, and she finished my small knotless braids in 5 hrs plus the time for wash & blow-dry. She was *very* detailed and told me EXACTLY what to expect. The best part of that is...she delivered!! The wash and hair are included. The friendly, efficient service is a whole bonus! I'll be back for my next braid up!

I had an appt a few weeks ago with Serina that was really disappointing. I have natural hair and I had just taken out a protective style after wearing it for a few months. Serina was aware of the status of my hair. I showed up on time for my 8:30am appt and I had to wait an entire hour before Serina even started my hair. When I finally got to the sink, she was on and off the phone throughout washing my hair. At one point she stopped and went into the break room to finish her call while I sat with shampoo sitting in my hair. While detangling my hair Serina stops and tells me that it will be an additional $20 because I have natural hair. She said she thought I had a relaxer. I never said I had a relaxer, I expressed that I had just grown my hair out from a buzz cut and I walked into the shop

Amazing staff! Yemisi is such a sweet woman. Very professional. Your appointment time is when you will be serviced. You're not in there for hours. 2 at the most. Hair is healthy and looks great! 💛 Ms. Sam does great job washing the hair. She makes sure that you are comfortable and your hair is clean. She also has blow drying skills. No burning of the scalp with the heat from the brush. Thank you ladies!

I was a brand new client to the Salon and I explained my hair situation to Yemisi. After speaking to her over the phone she suggested I wait 2 weeks to get my hair colored but I wait 6. I sat it the chair and she looked at my hair. She said that she was going to do a technic to get my hair color even all around and then give me blond highlights at the crown. After sitting with color for a while she said that the color on my ends did not lift, which she knew I had put a Wella rinse in my hair in sept of last year, but my roots took really well. She said that she was going to put a toner on my hair to even things out. After the toner I express that I was still unhappy actually almost in tears with the color. She suggested that I get blow dried to see the actual color. After blow dry I still
