Bayyinah is a gem! I was in search of a hair stylist who was an expert in relaxers and short cuts. I came across Bchic and the reviews were so good I had to try myself. What I love most about her is not only that she is masterful at her craft but also that she takes her time to understand your why and your hair story. I felt very comfortable and my tresses cared for. During the service she offered a speciality tea, a “hug in a mug” I think is how she described it, that’s also how her service felt as well. I came in for a pixie cut and walked out with a full cup. Bayyinah has a clear process to her business and it WORKS. The service was excellent, she was warm and kind and ensured I felt comfortable at all times. We did a virgin relaxer and she tested my hair before she relaxed the whole head. She continuously checked in with me throughout the whole process and she was incredibly uplifting and kind. Additionally, she served refreshments which were SO nice. Bayyinah truly puts her customers first. I will certainly be returning.
