Bbss Barber College

Love this barber school, not only is it convenient for Hattiesburg and surrounding area, you get the hands-on experience and the book knowledge, from a great instructor, needed to graduate and pass the state exam. All the tools needed to thrive are given but it’s up to you to use them. Ms Lisha is awesome and cares about her students whole heartedly. With me having sickle cell and being on disability, not only did she worked out a payment plan for tuition that fit my situation, but she always checked in to make sure my health was ok. With her kindness and gracious heart, we all became a family…Anybody that has or may have had a bad experience probably didn’t put forth the effort needed and it’s not much.

Awesome school for all the barbers-to-be out there. You’ll get plenty of hands-on experience and the technical knowledge needed to become a licensed barber from the instructors at BBSS. Ms. Lisha is kind, honest, and will do everything in her power to see students succeed and move forward in life—highly recommend!

This is a great college my daughter graduate under them and went state board and got licensed never had any problems. I have referred alot people to her and they love the college. We love Ms.Lisha and the college we visit them all the time and she visit our salon.

I recently graduated from BBSS and received my license in March 2024. The owner and instructor were so amazing and I am so thankful for my experience here. I plan to go back for my instructor license.
