This is my 2nd braided style by Kiana in 2 months. Her prices are reasonable & she’s one of the few braiders who still offers free hair washing with your service. Both times, my braids are neat & snug but not too tight. I like the fact that she accommodates the clients requests & does her best to make it look as attractive as possible. Kiana has a friendly personality & good customer service. I was particularly impressed by how helpful she is to clients. For example: While I was in her chair, she answered a phone call from a perspective customer. I could hear an elderly woman’s voice through the phone. Kiana did not offer the style the woman wanted (a natural haircut) but referred her to not only one, but two other stylists (from other shops) she thought could help. When I was leaving one
