ok so I've been going here for literally a couple months now don't get me wrong I've had no issues up until the last two times I've came. I got the white French and polka dots and it came out great however I was left with a tremendous amounts of cuts along my cuticles and I let the lady know and she just shrugged it off and I mentioned it again as it was quite literally bleeding From how deep the cut was. 2nd time being today October 15th one it took them 2 hours just to get the tips and acrylic on my fingers I walked in at 11:22 left around 3 ish. I showed the designs and didn't see anything wrong until she started doing my middle finger which I didn't like the color used for the letter so I told her and she went ahead and changed it and I didnt see anything wrong until I looked closely a

I worked with Liz and we improvised on a design together. She is phenomenal and will make any of your dream designs come to life.

I've only been twice so take with a grain of salt. Staff is really nice, and they do a great job on the manicure itself. But if you do just regular polish, they rush and the polish usually looks pretty mediocre. Sloppy top coat, rushing to move onto more expensive clients.

I love this salon. I get acrylics done here often, the tech is always very nice, no matter who does them. I’ve gotten art, chrome, glitter, and french tips done before, and they have always turned out wonderful. They last 2+ weeks with proper care, but I am quite clumsy so they don’t keep quite as long for me, but the staff has always done touch-ups with no problem. 10/10.

⭐ 0 Star if possible I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a dip manicure, and left with my nails absolutely ruined. The technician filed my nails down so aggressively that they are now as thin as paper—weak, brittle, and painful to the touch. It feels like my natural nails were completely destroyed. To make matters worse, the nail polish used was clearly old and thick, making the finish look lumpy and uneven. I pointed it out, instead of fixing the issue, she started filing again! It only made things worse. Then another technician came over to “help,” but honestly, it just turned into more of a disaster.
