Bb nail

Always treat me and my daughter great when we visit. They even stayed open late for us. I am diabetic, so I always love the gentle and conscious care they take.

Arrived here on May 18th around 6:30. The lady that worked there looked at me briefly while still working on a customers nails and ask what did I need. I told her my stepdaughter wanted acrylic and she had a picture of what she wanted. The lady just kept saying pick a color numerous times after telling her we had a picture of exactly what she wanted. So me and my stepdaughter tried to find a match close to what the picture had and sat down. She didn't tell us how long it would be before she got to her. After about 15 minutes we just left and went to another nail shop up the street. The other nail shop we went to, we were immediately approached, asked us how can they help and we showed them the picture of what she wanted and they knew exactly what was needed from there. This is the one nail salon I am devoted to. I get great service and great results CONSISTENTLY! No matter what I need and timing, they make it work without the service faltering. They will do a manicure and pedicure at the same time if you are short on time. I would absolutely recommend!

They do amazing work on acrylic but fell short on my toes. They do use a drill to remove however, it was used improperly and a chunk of my nail bed was carved out. The nail tech only noticed when the gel was applied an obvious line between my regular nail bed and the over grinded part was showing. At that point she tried to ask me if I've had acrylic nails to why the nail was damaged... Last time I had my nails done that dent wasn't there and I watched a different salon do every nail. Because of the mistake, she tried to layer on the gel in that spot to even it out and it looked good honestly. For a few hours. Later that day I went on a 2 mile walk and the built up gel had immediately cracked and started to lift from taking off my sock. I was too busy to go back for a fix so I just delt

They do not use acetone to remove or loosen polish. They use the electric filer. They ground my natural nails to a paper thin thickness and also made multiple gouges and nicks in my nails. Basically they ruined my nails and now I have had to have tips inserted on four nails and the other six are being repaired with a powder base nail thickener. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
