My experience happened in 2024. I am Never coming back here again after that guy Peter did to me. I showed him what i wanted but he didnt follow my instruction on the cut and color of my hair. Then i came back for redo the next day coz my husband said i should come back and get it fixed because my hair color looks crappy, he acccomodated me but didnt completed the task. Maybe he was upset i came back which means another work for him. After he recolored my hair, he washed and blow dried my hair but didnt finish. My hair was still wet and it was a mess and he said im done. He didnt even brush my hair to make me look decent before i leave. He didnt finish it because he was doing another customer. READ TO THE END, SORRY ITS LONG! When i went in for a simple root and toner touch up with a light grey tint, a the young man who I was told would be doing my hair spoke with me and showed me the hair swatches they have explaining I could not possibly have the grey tint I've requested (Its more for people who were born blond) he said. ..... I've used this salon for only 6 months and Peter has done a good job on my hair so far. I get compliments at work with my haircut and hair color. He has a unique style of doing layered haircut. He also gives me reasonable price.

I have a worst experience ever, i showed them a pic and asked to cut according to it. They just made sides and top equal which looks like a bald man. When i asked her you didn’t do according to the image she is not even bothered about that. I am not gonna visit again
