Baytown Nails & Spa

I love this place! I used to drive all the way to Clearlake to have my nails done, but not anymore Ann Took care of me today and her freestyle on my nail was so cute and she did such an amazing job. I like natural and She won me over. Definitely will go back. If you’re looking for a new Dale place, I would highly recommend ANN!!!

would not honor a $10 off card because "it was old" even though there was no expiration date on the card and it was their stamp on the card. The actual service itself was also lacking, smeared polish and very bad application. Proceeded to argue with me, while walking away wouldnt even face me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place used to be great! Also sent her daughter to argue with me instead of doing it herself. The young female who was sent over to argue with me, walked away when i was asking valid questions and was answering me from across the room instead of face to face. The new owner needs to take some management classes. Because I am Hispanic they tried to have the Hispanic lady argue with me but I was not going to let them use that card. This was my second time going to Baytown Nails & Spa last week and I asked for David after reading through the reviews & he did EXACTLY what I wanted!! David not only did my nails exactly how I wanted but he took his time on each nail! Definitely will be seeing him again !! The place was really clean, friendly staff & they even gave me a complimentary snack & water ! 10/10

I saw some negative reviews on here and came to set the record straight, these ladies work so hard and if anything is off about your job, they will fix it immediately! Been coming here for over a year now and I still have not found anyone better at that powder dip mani than Vivian. I give her a different design every time, and every time she slays it! Several pics for you guys to see, it's not easy keeping up with my designs. They did a great job on my feet and my powder dip was perfect. They are really thorough.
