Bay's Nail Spa

I love coming here. I feel like a friend and incredibly welcome. Vanessa ALWAYS gets my nails looking as perfect as possible and today Bay fixed up my scalp so much I feel like I have a whole new head. I highly recommend this place to feel pampered and like a new person!

Had the most amazing scalp treatment by Bay! My hair feels so soft and nourished. Bay is a delight - she went above and beyond and took the time to thoroughly customize my wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back!

I initially called to confirm if they could accommodate three people: two for full sets and one for a fill (that's me). They said they could. When we arrived, I mentioned we had called earlier. They responded, surprised we actually came in, assuming we wouldn't because we're kids, and stated they couldn't take all three of us. There were only two technicians available, limiting the service to two of us. Once seated, I inquired if they could do a specific design, offering an alternative if it was too difficult. They assured me they could, but the result was far from the reference photo. The technician was also distracted by a phone call, causing delays. Another worker apologized for her, which I appreciated, but it added to the overall negative experience. This cost $90, and I was so upset

I live in Cedarburg but I love Bay’s for a few reasons— firstly, they are open DAILY! I don’t know about you, but it’s frustrating dealing with everybody’s goofy hours these days. Secondly, when you make an appointment, they stick to that appointment. I have been to Ritz Nails in Cedarburg a couple times and every time I go, despite making an appointment, I have to wait for over a half an hour every time. I have little ones and my windows of time are tight. Thirdly, and most importantly, Syda does a wonderful job on my nails. She understood exactly what I wanted when I asked for almond-shaped nails (not everyone knows what that means) and she does a wonderful job on my two-tone nail design that I like to do. Amazing experiences! I’ve went to Bay’s twice this month. I saw Jenny for a spa manicure and she did a beautiful job on my nails. Then I saw Bay for a Japanese scalp treatment. This is a must-have service! She analyzed my scalp and I had no idea how much build up I had until she showed me. My hair felt so soft and light afterwards. The scalp, neck, shoulder, and arms massage was so relaxing! Would highly recommend the services at Bay’s.
