The cold plunge and sauna room are a must. Me and my wife come here from queens because we love it so much! The cold plunge alone has helped reduce our everyday anxiety, there's something therapeutic and calming to it. Super clean, quiet, and the owner is super informative and kind person. He gave us advice on how to approach our first cold plunge. I love the private room we have and nobody bothers us for one hour while me and my wife switch from sauna to cold plunge and we feel brand new when we are done. Would recommend anybody to come.

Isar and his staff are great at Bayport Recovery! The cold plunge is top of the line "plunge", with its top of the line chiller system. Cold plunge / sauna rooms are always very clean, also the water is always clean and well maintained as well. I always have a great time coming here to recover, taking some time out the day for the services he provides are important to one's health and wellness. He has cold plunges that range from beginners to advanced and if you are a beginner he will help you get through it by applying his knowledge about how to breathe and relax while your plunging. This place is amazing for recovery or overall health and has great deals for membership services and prices for individual services are very reasonable too. Did the ice bath / infrared sauna yesterday and the benefits my body received when I was finished was amazing. I had the best sleep that night I've had in a very long time and I woke up feeling amazing both mentally and physically which I never do when I wake up. Im a combat veteran and have many issues and this did wonders for me but you need to do this at least a few times a week to keep these benefits going and their membership allows me to do this and their price for the monthly membership is very very reasonable. Had an amazing time here. First off - it's beautiful, so clean, and really peaceful inside. We had the opportunity to try most of the services and I left feeling rejuvenated to say the least. Not only was the experience at Relax n Revive incredibly beneficial, both physically and mentally, but my overall mood has noticeably lifted as well.
