The update is AMAZING!!! You can easily move about the store and find what you are looking for. Hair is stacked neatly and in order. Products are placed neatly as well. Seems like they have added a few new items. Either way, it was long overdue.

Amazing selection of hair stuff you never even knew you needed! Check this place out, I saw a million things I wanted!!

I dropped off one of my rides today to Baya Beauty and when I picked her up for her return ride she told me that after spending $150 in their store she was refused being able to use the restroom. This is not right and they are setting themselves up for a lawsuit if a customer had an emergency and really needed to use it.

They have a lot of products a huge selection, but the lady i assume is the owner, makes me feel uncomfortable, she pretty much watches you closely and suspiciously the entire time. And while i was paying she stood at the register. Lucky i needed the products because i hate spending money with ppl who act like i need to steal.

Update: They got my timing wrong. After expressing that they need to stop watching people so much, the owner comes to the front and hand me this BS lie about his products. Then he mentioned the wall of shame. NEWS FLASH ALL BLACK PEOPLE DON'T STEAL! SOME OF US WORK FOR A LIVING! I will not be back here spending my HARD EARNED MONEY THAT I WORK FOR! ⚠️ I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1, 2025 FOR THIS LOCATION 😆⚠️
