What a wonderful experience I received from Alex at Bay View Aesthetics. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt relaxed by Alex’s warm welcome and beautiful spa surroundings. Everything was so clean, fresh, and has a luxe feel. My first service was a facial which was the nicest facial I have ever experienced- Alex thought of every detail and my skin is glowing and refreshed- I saw results immediately. The prices here are better than bigger local spas and the tone that Alex sets with her friendly yet professional demeanor made the whole experience a complete treat. Highly recommend!!

I have seen Alex a few times for a lash lift and tint and a facial with a chemical peel and I always, always, always leave so happy with my service! Alex is so knowledgeable when it comes to skin care and I love all of the recommendations she gives me. She is so professional and from my very first appointment, has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I was nervous to have my first facial done because I have sensitive skin, but Alex took the time to make sure every product would work with my skin and not cause a reaction. I always look forward to my appointments and I cannot speak enough good things! 100/10 recommend!!

Five Stars! I just had the most amazing Diamond Glow facial with Alex, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I stepped into her shabby chic salon in Williams Bay, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is cozy, charming, and beautifully curated—every detail adds to the relaxing experience. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. She took the time to explain each step of the facial, and my skin has never looked or felt better—glowing, smooth, and hydrated. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and truly cares about her clients’ results. If you’re looking for top-tier skincare in a warm, boutique setting, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve had a number of facials in various cities and I would say the ones I’ve received at Bay View are the best I’ve ever had. Alex does a fantastic job of providing a relaxing, calm atmosphere and the facial, foot, shoulder and head massage are wonderful. Treat yourself!

My return visit was wonderful. This was a last minute appointment and Alex was able to fit me in !! The salon is clean and beautifully inviting. Alex , is pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her services!
