I am 70 years old and I was told I needed a new haircut style. I showed Dillon a picture and my cut was perfect. I have just had my 3rd cut by Dillon and the consistency of his skills and his personality are such a treat. Just want to thank you Dillon for making my new haircut a positive transition and sharing your experiences, so special.

I booked my appointment online and wasn’t sure what to expect. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Dillon. I asked for a haircut that was very different from what I had before since my hair was a bit longer, and I wanted it shorter with a clean fade. He did a perfect job—the fade looks amazing. The cut was $35, which I think is a pretty fair price. I really enjoyed the experience, the shop had a very welcoming atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

After moving to Plymouth, finding a good barber was at the top of my list. I tried a handful of barbers and salons around town, but none really hit the mark—until I came across Bay State Barber. My first cut with Derek was about 4–5 weeks ago, and that’s when I knew I had finally found the right spot. A great haircut is one that still looks sharp after a month, and mine definitely did. Dillon did a wonderful job cutting the hair of my 5-year-old and 2-year-old boys. He was so great with them! Getting two little ones to sit still for a haircut is never easy, but Dillon was patient and skilled, and both of my boys left with great-looking haircuts. We'll definitely be back to see him.

Was a. Few minutes late apologies and given a barber to cut my hair. Didn’t even introduce himself. Showed picture of cut I had and wanted again. Its basic cut side part slight undercut tapered but long front and sides. So he proceeds saying he wasn’t quite sure from the pic. Cut was 15 min at most. Blotched in back. Too short one ear was not trimmed to match. Paid 35 and gave a pity tip of 5 and left never to return.
