Best reflexology foot spa massage I have gotten in years. If you like deep pressure and specifically pressure point work this is your spot. Walked in and they got me in right away. Love this place will be back 1 million more times.

Massage guy here I had doesn’t know how to massage, hopefully they can improve their skills.

The woman (owner/manager) at the front desk would say “thank you, have a nice day” to a Caucasian customer. But she would say NOTHING to a Chinese customer — her own kind. What a shame! There’s always a neck and shoulder massage following the turn over, but the guy was so lazy, he completely skipped that part. He also didn’t bother to even offer a small cup of water at the end (no basic manners). Some people think they still entitled to a good tip even though they gave bad service! Well some of us customers have the gut to stand up and fight bad service. I am very happy to give my business to other spas that have much better customer service and never step foot in this place again.

The therapist spent most of the 90-minute session using only his forearm, repeating the same movement over and over with very little variation or technique. It felt more like someone going through the motions than an actual therapeutic massage. To make matters worse, the staff were constantly talking—both to each other and other customers during my session. It was hard to relax or feel any kind of benefit from the treatment in such a distracting environment. Overall, the session lacked both professionalism and effectiveness.

I came here because a recieved a gift card for my last birthday last year. It was a 90 minutes massage and since price changes every year they reduced to 80. They never mentioned about tip until the lady was done. I was forced to pay a tip that I didn’t want to. I said a price and the lady didn’t care and add 3 dollars extra. I won’t recommend this place. Save your money and go to another place
