Bay Nail

Customer service was awful. I came in for a fill but said I may need a full set, as I was missing one nail. They ripped my acrylic off with another and then tore my real nail off after ( my real nails are very fragile and thin). I was obviously in pain and she ( the owner) did it 4 more times. Then proceeded a half fill. My pinky was swollen and throbbing with no obvious reason why. I had two techs (owner and husband) they both cut me with the nail drill. I was not pleased. I left with a beautiful but very painful set

Giving a one star because zero is not an option . Do yourself a favor and do not go here. They have new owners now . The lady will get very mad at you If you ask her to fix A nail or point out something that you don’t like . As she was starting to paint my nails, I asked her if she could fix my other nails and she said she couldn’t fix my nails then wiped the nail polish off, got up and walked away.

New owners are very kind and attentive! Highly recommend this place if you want great nails, with even better service!

This is genuinely the worst manicure I've had in my life. The only good thing is they actually took us on time for our appointment and the staff was not rude. Otherwise, their lack of attention to detail and overall poor quality made this an absolute waste of time and money. I had tipped 25% before they even started my manicure in the hopes they would give me excellent service. I can't imagine what my nails would look like if I had tipped less. I believe they have a loyal, local base but as a new customer I was very disappointed and won't be returning. ****RESPONSE TO OWNER**** We are not from Bay City, so returning tomorrow is not possible. My daughter and I came to town for a girls' day. I am a breast cancer survivor and had hoped to get some much needed pampering. I will look elsewher
