The staff are very professional and very friendly. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. I usually have Rosanna as my stylist and she is a perfectionist. I give this salon 5 stars everytime.

Gina was my hair dresser. She is amazing. I've had my hair long for almost 25 years. Today she made my hair perfect. It's a nice change. Just going to take getting used to. This is a beautiful salon and everyone working there and clients were so thoughtful and kind. Definitely will be going back. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new and fresh look!!

I went to Battisti’s for a haircut after letting my hair grow completely wild over the last year. The staff members were incredibly welcoming. My stylist was also very helpful in our discussion of what hairstyle I wanted, even though I didn’t know how to describe it. I received a fantastic haircut and now I have an amazing new look for the new year. I’m also visiting from out of town and forgot my regular skincare products hundreds of miles away. Oops! The Rochester winter weather was leaving my skin as dried out as a mummy and as rough as sandpaper. I was recommended a bundle of high quality skincare products and now my face feels super fresh and moisturized. Thank you to the incredible staff at Battisti’s for all your help! I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town.

Staff are knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. While a friend was having his haircut, I was buying product. We were both pleased with the experience!
