Batista Barbershop

went there to get an hair cut yesterday,this was my first time. when i got there they had 2 customers in the chair and one waiting to be cut…soon after the shop had 4 other customers who came in for a cut….they all Dominicans i was the only non hispanic…..i sat there for 1 plus hour and everyone who came in after me got seen and neither one of the berber said a word to me for the time i was there …..i just got up and walked out. NEVER AGAIN….this was the first time in my life i’ve ever felt discriminated by my own skin color ….both barber are Dominican,i’m Jamaican. 0 star No to discrimination.

Im looking for a new barber. Came in with high hopes. Went to the guy by the window showed him a picture of what I wanted. Told him not to cut it short and is the first thing he did. My side burns came out slanted. Definitely not going back. Regret giving this guy a tip!

The Barbers are all great and friendly they know how to cut and make you look your best. The lady at the register is super friendly and they have an Instagram page that you can check out @batistabarbers

I have been coming to this barbershop for years now, they always get my haircut exactly how I want it. Their new barber Angel is very skilled also.

When I came to the barbershop, I felt that the Barbers were rude. The guy that did my haircut said he did not speak English in Spanish even though he did when I kept trying to talk to him. My hairline was also meanly pushed back.
