Their products are very good. Enough variety for everyone. Their sales are great. Their staff are very nice and knowledgeable.

Gotta love bath and body works. Foam soaps, candles & personal products all favs for me. They keep updating with new & fresh scents and lovely products to keep our houses fresh with lovely scents.

The only complaint I have is there are always lots of people shopping in here, but it feels like you don't have enough space to shop. Between the many displays and the amount of people shopping, it can be very challenging to see everything. The staff is always very helpful and curtious.

Limited selection. Constant interruptions by staff who are not friendly when you do interact.

My kids and I love coming here. 💕 As a single dad of two daughters (4yr and 5yr), they have taught me to be in touch with the feminine side ... we love smelling stuff, trying the soaps, and playing with the new holders. I'm always putting in an order when there's a good sale. I love my candles and room sprays while I love getting new body sprays or body care stuff for my girls. Heck, I even have the strawberry pound cake body stuff for me, too. Lol 😆 I just wish I could get these 20% off coupon mailers (this has nothing to do with the store) Most of the employees are super friendly. I have encountered one that was very grumpy 😠 😡 😾 but it isn't every time, and people are allowed to have bad days. I love this store and can't wait for candle day here soon!!
