Bath & Body Works

I recently visited Bath & Body Works looking for the Black Cherry Merlot White Barn spray, and unfortunately they didn’t have it available. The associate, Ebony, informed me that the Cherry Merlot spray has been discontinued, which was disappointing because it’s one of my absolute favorite scents. Despite that, Ebony completely turned the experience around. She spent about five minutes with me, listened to what I liked, and went above and beyond to help me find alternative fragrances that matched my taste. This is truly what customer service is all about attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. I would also love for Bath & Body Works corporate to consider bringing back the Black Cherry Merlot White Barn spray. It’s a classic scent that many of us truly love and miss. Thank you, Ebony,

I love the new location of the store, the outside gives a very relaxing atmosphere. The sales associates were so kind, helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend this location.

I love it here I always find everything I need. The employees are always friendly and nice. But I must point out that Ebony the manager if I’m not mistaken is amazing! She helped me today with a situation and she was so nice! And helpful and went out her way for me.

Alicia was so helpful and ensured we got the best deals at the register. She was super friendly and patient as we opened an account. Staff at the entrance of the store were also great in recommending new scents - and they were delicious!!!!! Looking forward to going back.
