Great place to shop, when you have the coupons. If not it can get very expensive very quickly. The staff really try and help you pick out just perfect scent for you.

The store has so many scents going on it feels a bit overwhelming. This store does make my mom happy, so that is nice. For me though, I wish there were more sustainable options and more natural soaps. The chemicals used in the products seem very strong and toxic to a nose that is not used to them.

I had a super great experience purchasing here!! I was looking to put together over a dozen custom gift crates on a VERY busy Black Friday and needed quite a bit of help to make it all happen, but Taylor and her manager were extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Taylors customer service skills were amazing and rare in society today. I highly recommend shopping here!

There's always something to everyone. They always have special, deals. Try to sign up to get more deals and discounts. The ladies welcome ypu very enthusiastic and are helpful. Really nice store, is my closest one and wish they stock better when sales are happening. Love Bath and Body Works. Specially their candles😊
