Bath & Body Works

Do not purchase anything from the over the internet. My wife the last two times has done that. I called because you have a certain time to pick your orders up. I asked if they could hold it for possible one extra day. There response no. We'll then she orders one last time and I made sure that we got up there fo to the last time. Well when we got up there they were closed for remodeling. This is the Wooster store in Ohio. I would stay away from this store.

Always a great place for shopping. Everything I wanted was in stock and easy to find. The store was clean and well kept. Staff was helpful as always. This is one of my daughter favorite stores so we will definitely and obviously shop here again. 5/5

They were nice as always and very helpful. If you haven't been to a Bath and Body, you really should try it out. Their candles are divine, their body scents are amazing. Especially their aromatherapy line. I like that they have stuff for guys. If you're looking for a gift for someone, it's a great place to stop!

Love, love, love Bath & Body Works. Purchased scent refills, oh those warm yummy holiday scents and more. Also, purchased great smelling hand soaps and a few shower gels - aromatherapy ones. A good note to add - I traded in 3 scent ports that we no longer working. As long as they aren't to old Bath & Body Works allows you to do this. Some just seem to last longer than others. It's possible for your plug ins to die after a power surge. Bummer, but nice to get a replacement if you return to store - up to a certain dollar amount. Before I found this out I was just disappointedly throwing them away. Now if you've had them for more than a couple of years that's to be expected because they can't last forever. Go and Enjoy all the amazing smells!! 💟
