I bought a perfume that I tried to spray and the nozzle broke off. I went to the store and the workers were all so kind and helpful! They let me exchange it for a new one no hassle! I always love coming to this store because they’re so kind and helpful!

A white lady with short hair and black eyeshadow checked me out on Friday. The transaction was never completed because she said my physical gift card wasn’t working. Prior to this, she scanned one $25 virtual gift card and one $5 virtual gift card I had on my phone. When she scanned the $25 virtual gift card, she asked for my pin after attempting to scroll through my phone to find it. She handed me my phone back, and I verbally told her the pin. After that, she told me to enter the pin into the keypad. I then proceeded to hand her my $25 physical gift card to scan. She scanned the gift card and immediately threw it into her drawer, not even knowing how much was left on it. I told her there was definitely money left on that gift card, so she took it back out of her drawer and handed it back

The smell of the store soon as you walk in have you hooked. Love this store and will most definitely recommended to everyone and need of any products pertaining to body car and home. This is my go to store.

Got candles on candle day. 2 arrived shattered. Went to the store to exchange them, because they were shattered, and they wouldn’t let me direct exchange like I have in the past but the funds didn’t go back to my card and I didn’t have the funds for a new purchase. Feeling really disappointed no one could do more to help facilitate the exchange and sad to see the policy change to make things difficult.

I paid a visit to this Bath and Body Works location for a few things today. I wish I caught all the names of the delightful ladies who were working. I paid a visit on Monday 8/25 and checked out at 11:54 am. The employees were all so friendly and helpful and just generally fun to talk with. But a special shout out to the employee who checked me out. I didn't catch her name but it was employee 3969722. She was so patient and helped me with the app so I could activate my offers.
