Came to this store for the first time. What an amazing experience it was. I had to call the store to get directions. Jayme answered the phone and gave me precise instructions on where to park my car and where to go inside the mall. <Have not been to a mall in nearly 7 yesrs>. Once I entered the store, the staff greeted me and asked if they could assist me with anything. They allowed me to shop without bother. The atmosphere was superb. What ever you are doing, keep doing it.

Awesome location— Amazing staff — Allison the manager has such a great team — no matter the time of day everyone is so nice and helpful. The displays change all the time. Everything is clean, cute and well stocked. My pick up order is always right and most important everyone seems happy to be there and happy to help!

🚨A Manager's Mocking Charm: A Unpleasant Encounter with a Smug, snarky, Condescending Manager🚨 My recent visit to the Winchester Bath and Body Works in the Apple Blossom Mall left me highly disappointed with the customer service. While there were aspects of the visit that were positive, the behavior of the store manager left much to be desired. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a friendly associate, which initially set a pleasant tone for my shopping trip.  However, as I continued browsing, I noticed another associate who never greeted or acknowledged us and continued to work on her ladder and arrange the store. We later found out she was the manager. My disappointment further escalated during the checkout process. Another customer kindly offered me a coupon for a 20% discount,

I like it, so many collection.

Decent store. I love the scented candles.
